CMD+# not working in other apps

When in another app like iTerm2, hitting CMD+# would immediately open 1Password mini so that you can copy rsa passwords for example.
Now it takes around 8 seconds to open. In some cases, it won't even open but instead fill credentials on a Safari webpage even though Safari is not in the foreground.
