1Password TeamIt doesn't! Your biometrics aren't actually part of the passkey, which is how it can sound based on the messaging you might hear from elsewhere.
As long as you can unlock 1Password where the passkey is being stored, you can use it. It's exactly the same as unlocking 1Password to use a password.
