Thanks for reaching out. Can you clarify what you mean by "quick access"? 1Password doesn't have a feature called "quick access" on iOS which is where I see you posted this discussion thread.

You can generally have a login be presented above other logins by making it favourite: Organize with favorites and tags

If that doesn't work then can you tell me the following:

  1. Are you filling into Safari or another browser/app?
  2. Are you using the 1Password for Safari extension or iOS Password AutoFill to fill your login? You can find a description of each method here:
