Created a new login, prompted to save, saved, appears in browser, but not in app.

This has happened repeatedly now. If I create a new login in Safari and click Save when prompted by the 1Password Safari extension, it is visible in Safari (and Chrome) but not in the desktop app. ...

I have tried locking and unlocking the app, but it does not force a sync with the extension. The password IS visible in the web version of 1Password. It does eventually sync, but not sure how long it takes. It was there the next morning for this most recent occurrence.

    I'm sorry for the late reply. The next time that you run into the issue, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:

    Send a diagnostics report (Mac)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
