Custom iCons not showing immediately

I use latest releases of iOS and 1Password app.

Half the time documents not showing custom iCons.
See if you can memic that by going to documents.
At first it just shows the default icons and if I scroll around a bit the custom icons start to show somewhat.
Sometimes I have to back out and go back to documents to see the custom icons I added myself.
So if I go to a tag to view a document some of the items will just show the default icons and some will show the custom ones.
The default icons show immediately, but not necessarily the custom ones.
The custom icons do not seem to be cacheing very well.
The custom icons were initially added from iOS photos app.
This just started happening either the current version or maybe a version back of 1Password app.
This is not a big deal just a little disappointing.
