Custom sections and labels not appearing

Same exact issue as described in this thread from 2015. https://1password.community/discussion/49038/custom-sections-and-labels-not-appearing/

I am trying to create a section for security question answers. Using passwords instead of actual info. In edit mode all looks great. When I save, only the first remains visible. Sometimes none are visible.

1Password Version: 7.9.2
Extension Version: 7.9.2
OS Version: macOS Monterey 12.2.1

    Hello @Lee_Chapoton! 👋

    I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to see certain custom fields after saving an item. This may sound silly but can you double-check that you've actually saved a password for the second and third custom field? You'll still see the asterisks for a password field even if that field is empty.

    If you do see a password there then can you add a single character to the end of that password and then save the item again? Do you see the custom field now?
