Syncing between my Mac and my Iphone

My 1Password records don’t seem to be syncing between my Mac and my Iphone. Suggestions?
If you do a search on items deleted items still show up in your search and you have to edit your correct password to stand out. This is a stupid mistake and it should only show deleted items when you search in deleted items. There was another discussion telling people that the programmers are debating it, closed the discussion but nothing happened. I would like to see this resolved. Or can somebody tell me how to remove all the deleted items to an archive that is not accessible in search or how i can permanently delete the deleted items?

\n\nI'm sorry for the frustration with search and I'd like to help. Where are you seeing the deleted items showing up in search when using 1Password for iOS? Is it in the results after typing in something to search? Or is it under the Recent list that appears when you tap Search in the app?
