Desktop client can not connect to servers

When installing version 8.5.0 (80500121) via the rpm package, I get the following error message when I try to log in to my account. The same message also occurs on an old install when it tries...
Yeah, the problem seems to be tied to openSUSE (Tumbleweed) for me as well. On Fedora 35, it works without issues.
