The unlock dialog incorrectly draws focus ring

On macOS, when the unlock dialog is displayed the app draws a focus ring around the password input text field to indicate that it's in focus:

It's been misbehaving lately. The app would draw a focus ring while some other app had actual keyboard focus.

Today I had the most embarrassing incident: I I saw this dialog, saw the focus ring, quickly entered my password and hit Enter. But in reality it was the Messages app that had keyboard focus and I ended up sending password in chat. In plain text.

I have the same issue on my Mac running Tahoe (this is a new install) -- it doesn't happen on my old Mac, also running Tahoe, and I can't find any settings that are different that look relevant.

I can reproduce this consistently.  If I lock my screen (which locks 1password the way I have it set up), then unlock, I see the popup above.  It's not just the focus ring, the flashing cursor also shows in the "Enter your password" portion of the popup.  I have a very long master password, and I've never entered more than a handful of characters before realizing that it wasn't typing into the correct spot, but this is a serious problem.  I can't even click in the "Enter your password" section and have the focus get fixed.  I have to switch to the main 1password app, then back to the popup in order to enter my master password.  Along with accidentally typing the first part of my master password repeatedly into various different apps, it's just super annoying.  I can't believe noone ever responded to this original post, usually 1password support is really good, hopefully they will respond to this one.

    Cheers,
