Difficulty accessing correct entry in vault

Over the last few weeks I’ve not been able to login to a site unless I have logged into 1Password first. Using chrome on Mac, iPhone , iPad etc all latest versions. Sometimes if I enter my email to site I get the link to 1Password. Other times when link opens to 1 password it fails to find entry in vault. I’m using the single membership 1 password. Any help please

    I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering trouble logging into sites. In order for 1Password to autofill, it will need to be unlocked using your account password. Can you confirm what link to 1Password you're referring to?

    Additionally, are you able to locate the specific entry when you search for it using the 1Password searchbar that appears at the top of the 1Password extension pop-up?
