Thank you for reaching out. I appreciate the feedback you shared. While I can't make any promises, I've passed your insights to our product team.

The Don't sign in automatically option is only for 1Password in the browser. If you're utilizing Universal Autofill from the 1Password desktop app on a Mac, you'll find this setting under General > Submit automatically with Universal Autofill. The equivalent option for Windows users using Auto-type is labelled Submit automatically with auto-type in the General settings.
