Disable showing content of the notes field when doing search

One of the last versions added very stressful feature: when searching, instead of showing the title of the item, it started showing content of the notes. I don't want or need to see them. How to hide...

To clarify: is the note that you're seeing a match for the search term that you searched for? So that I can better understand the issue, can you create a test item with no sensitive information and take a screenshot of you reproducing the issue with that item. Post that screenshot here.
