Document scan overwrites item name on save

Hello,

I have an item that keeps a document scan of the latest version of my vehicle insurance card.
Today when editing the item, I used “Replace File”, scanned the new card, all seemed well.
Then, on hitting “Save”, the item took on the autogenerated name of the attachment...

    Thank you for your patience. Our developers have released a fix for an issue where uploading a new document to an existing document item would replace the title of the item. If you haven't already, please update to version 8.10.36:
