Great question! You can definitely use two-factor authentication with 1Password!
1Password can act as an authenticator for other services: Use 1Password as an authenticator for sites with two-factor authentication
Additionally you can protect your 1Password account with two-factor authentication: Turn on two-factor authentication for your 1Password account
