Dont want 1PAssword to auto-lock on my Windows 10 desktop at all.

“Use the Trusted Platform Module with Windows Hello”, but now it requires both master password and windows hello pin.
Both at the same time are required only once for the first time. It's required for Windows to write the account password into the TPM. With future unlocks, you will only have to enter the PIN.
In rare cases the TPM content is invalidated and you're asked again for the account password - some Windows updates trigger this, as well as configuration changes in the PC bios.
