3 years agoDon't warn when autofilling on localhost
Duplicate of https://1password.community/discussion/125088/ignoring-warning-unsecured-page-when-auto-filling-an-identity-on-localhost, which has been closed without resolution.
I store a number of test credentials in 1password for use in local development. I am often autofilling these dozens of times a day, and would like not to have to click "OK" on the warning every time (sometimes twice on the same page).
I tried marking these items with the http tag, to no avail.

Hi 1P_Dave ,
Thanks for the quick response. This works for logins, but AFAICT there's not a way to add a website to email addresses, identities, credit cards, or bank accounts.

Hello @njp! π
For your protection, 1Password will warn you if you try to sign in to a page that begins with
http://but your Login item for the website starts withhttps://(with the S). This is done so that you don't accidentally submit sensitive information (such as a password) to a page over a connection that isn't protected and encrypted using TLS.As a workaround for when you're working with localhost, please edit the Login item in question and replace
https://withhttp://in the website field for the localhost resource. Then try to fill your login again.Let me know if that doesn't work.
