Thanks for reaching out. Can you try the new 1Password for Linux beta (8.11.0-25 or later)
which includes improvements for Wayland:We’ve added secure clipboard support for Wayland environments.
You can find the beta here: Use 1Password beta releases. Make sure to launch 1Password in native Wayland mode using ELECTRON_OZONE_PLATFORM_HINT=auto 1password

Thank you all very much. It works. I put the env var into the main application shortcut, and into the entry I have under Settings > Autostart, as those edits aren't propagated.
