Error message when loading browser extension

The browser extension fails to load. It affects both safari and chrome. I have attached the error message that displays inside 1password.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

1Password Version: 8.2.2 (BETA)/80202072
Extension Version: 2.1.2 (Safari)
OS Version: Mac 12 (BETA)
