Error: "Oops, something went wrong while loading" [SEE APPROVED ANSWER]

Chromium browsers (Edge and Chrome), latest version, as well as Safari
Browser extension just updated to 2.14 and now it's not working on all browsers.
When I click on the 1Password ...
and the 1P extension icon is missing from the input field.
🙄 I hadn't clicked into the text entry field 🤦😆
To be clear, the icon appears, but clicking does nothing.
