Thanks for posting the Support ID. I don't believe that our developers need any more diagnostics reports at this time but thanks for sending one in. A fix has been coded and we hope to release it as soon as possible.

For the time being, if you right click on the 1Password icon from the macOS menu bar and then click Quit you'll be able to shutdown the Mac without experiencing the pop up. I'm sorry for the inconvenience that the issue is causing.
