Every login in Safari pops up a save dialog

Sometime since the last release or two on almost every login in Safari 1password prompts me to save even though I made no change from what was already saved in 1password. How do I end this? 

macOS: 26.5
Safari: 26.5 (21624.2.5.11.4)

    Hi mbierman​, I'm sorry to hear that you're being prompted to save each time you fill a login in Safari, even though you've made no changes to your credentials.

    So that our team can investigate this further, I'd like to ask you to reproduce the issue, then generate a diagnostics report from 1Password:

    Send a diagnostics report (browser extension)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to: support@1password.com

    With your email please include:
