Every time you try to unlock the Chrome extension, you are prompted with a verification message.

After enabling "Unlock with Okta", every time you try to unlock the Chrome extension, you are prompted with the verification message "Open 1Password wherever you last signed in."

Strangely enough, if you cancel the verification and try to unlock the extension again, you are able to unlock it without being prompted for verification.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue and can offer any solutions?

OS Version: macOS Ventura 13.3

    We've noticed the same issue on a few of our systems. A team member mentioned toggling the "Integrate with 1Password app" on seemed to help, but no official solutions yet. Have you found a solution since posting?
