excluding archive from search

How do I set 1Password so that a search excludes items that are archived? I tried quitting and restarting but the archived items still get included. 1Password Version: 8.10.48 Extension Vers...

Hello User6! 👋

Thank you for reaching out. The search field at the top of the 1Password for Mac desktop app doesn't include archived items. Can you check the following:

  1. Search for something using the search field at the top of the desktop app.
  2. Click on an item in the search results that you believe is currently archived.
  3. Click on the "More options" button (it looks like three dots) in the top right corner of the item.
  4. In the menu that appears, do you see Restore item or do you see Archive?
