1P_Rob I am now consistently encountering the error when editing an item. The first item I try to edit after logging in saves successfully, but if I try to edit a second item I get the error message "Failed to save item"
If I refresh the page, I can see that the changes I made did not save. Refreshing the page first will also allow further changes to be saved successfully, but any made without refreshing will fail with the same error message.
