I'm sorry that you're running into issues when exporting your data. I would be interested in hearing why you're looking to move to another password manager, did you run into issues with 1Password? We're very interested in learning the areas we need to improve, so your feedback will really help.

Regarding the issue itself:

  1. Can you tell me which version of 1Password you're using to export your items? Are you using the latest version of 1Password 8 on the Mac?
  2. Do you see an error message when you try to import your CSV file into the other password manager? Have you reached out to the other password manager's team for assistance yet and what did they advise?
