Extension does not appear 1Password for Mac 8.2.2 + 1Password for Safari 2.1.3 (20182)

I noticed today on my Mac mini M1 Big Sur 11.6 (20G165) that the Safari (15.0) extension is not loaded. Other extensions show up and are available as always. The new 1Password extension has also work...

Hi @ag_ana,

both installed but I does not ask for permission or is visible under Safari Preferences > Extensions tab
