Also experiencing these issues. iOS 16.0, iPhone 13 Pro, 1Password 8.9.5. Also had to reset all settings because of Spotlight indexing bug. FaceID for 1Password is especially critical on iOS because I so often have to go to 1Password to copy a password, and paste it into a webpage or App. I now just decide not to do things on my phone that I otherwise could because 1Password has made it too hard.
Just another of my many reasons to say that 1Password 8 was not well thought out and executed by the AgileBits team. This was a huge miss
