Family account: account access password for my wife

I have set up a family account, including a separate access account password for my wife. When she tries to enter her password upon trying to access, she is advised that the paswword is wrong. If she types in my account access password, she is able to log in, but she has access to ALL items, including my private items. How can I set up my Family Plan so that she can access 1PW with her own access password and gain visibility only to her vault and the shared vault?
