Family Setup Issue

I have just setup the Family Account on my PC. I then sent my wife an invite which she accepted on her IPad10 and started to setup. However she got to the point of selecting a browser, selected Safar...

It sounds likely her OS needs an update, if possible. What OS is she using? 1Password has the following system requirements.
