has anyone experienced this? this is the MacOS app. in iOS it matches my family icon (hidden for privacy). this icon is not even one of the defaults from the app it seems. what the heck is going on? bug?
My account icon did the exact same thing this morning. I am the only admin. and I did not change it.

I'm sorry that you're seeing different icons in different places. The icon that you're seeing in the 1Password for Mac app is the default family portrait that appears if you don't have any other icon selected. If you have set a different icon, and it sounds like you have, then you shouldn't be seeing the default icon.
