Feature request - length as you type

In some applications you need to specify a password of a certain length, but may not wish to use the default settings - if you had set it to 20 or 25 characters. Another example is where I'm changin...

Thanks for the update and clarifying the situation with creating a new Windows password for that sign in.

In these cases pre-creating a new password in 1Password with the designated length would be your best option:
* Use the password generator to change and strengthen your passwords - Create your new password

With the password length setting currently in place, can you think of other situations or let us know where a password length counter would be useful to you? I'd be happy to pass those details along to your Product team on your behalf!
