Feature request - Multifactor offline authentication

From what I understand 1Password only support one-time password via a time based authenticator and a hardware key.

I am in process of moving away from LastPass and they had multiple ways to use 2FA. One options was a simple paper https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lrUpg0lnss4. To authenticate you would need to answer which numbers matched a row/column combo, which could be done without a phone. Great to have this as a backup in case you lose your phone. I guess it's similar to the recovery / emergency kit.
