Often there is a problem, when changing passwords on accounts, as some accounts do not accept a proposed new password (e.g. because it is too long, or is containing characters not allowed etc.). And ...

5 years agousually with the browser app (latest version Mac, 2.04). Steps are as follows: I am logging in into a account XYZ.com, using 1password browser app. When I am going to change my password within my profile at XYZ.com, and 1pssword is offering me a proposed new password. I am asked by 1password to update my login credentials for XYZ.com, and I consent. If now XYZ.com is refusing to accept the new password, I am out of sync (old password still valid in XYZ.com, but Password for XYZ.com in 1password already updated. That's it
