Often there is a problem, when changing passwords on accounts, as some accounts do not accept a proposed new password (e.g. because it is too long, or is containing characters not allowed etc.). And ...

Had a weird one the other day when I set up my SSA online account. 1Password/SSA somehow conspired to create TWO separate login entries, one with my username in lowercase and a second one in uppercase. I just let it/them do what it/they wanted then deleted the 1Password entry in uppercase. Worked, but sheesh!
