Feature Request: Add support for wayland global-shortcuts portal

The global-shortcuts portal has been around for a while now

I was wondering if 1Password has any interest in implementing it for things like the quick actions menu. For now, workarounds like https://1password.community/discussion/123201/1password-shortcuts-on-wayland work fine (and I'm very grateful this usecase was covered, even if it took me a year to find any mention of this support!) but it would be nice to have the feature baked in with the proper portals.

    Interesting, apparently electron https://github.com/electron/electron/issues/38288#issuecomment-2241833357 and is waiting on https://issues.chromium.org/issues/40759171 to implement it. At least the issue is active!
