Thank you for the screenshot. Since you did not mention the extension version in your first post, I was assuming you were running the latest version of it. I see from the screenshot now that you are running the old classic extension instead, so you won't see the fields I mentioned:
I recommend giving the latest extension a try, and seeing if that one works better for you. You can download it from https://support.1password.com/getting-started-browser/ :+1:
