1P_Dave I did try quitting the 1PW app and then re-opening it, which required me to unlock the app again, but that still didn't sync the login down to the app. After it still hadn't appeared after about 20 mins, I then tried editing and resaving the login on the 1PW website (within my browser), and it was only then that it seemed to sync the login down to my 1PW app.

Thanks for filing that feature request as well. It's much appreciated.
