Feature Request: Hide empty categories

I always have the categories opened in the sidebar as I find them useful. What makes them less useful is that there's a lot of empty categories I don't use (bonus program, router, social insurance, …...

I have added a feature request for the ability to hide categories in the sidebar as you suggest, and to look at the placement of this. We appreciate your feedback on how this might be improved. 😃
