I'm happy to share that 1Password supports exporting your items, including passkeys, using the Credential Exchange standard on iOS (iPhone and iPad). You can find instructions here:

Sounds to me like I will never get what I want. I don't want to transfer my passkeys to another credential provider. I want to export them and back them up
