[Feature Request] Suggestion sorted by last used

Hey, If you have saved multiple logins for a page, it would be great if the last used login was always at the top. Is it possible to implement this? 1Password Version: Not Provided Ext...

Just wanted to add to this 2 year old thread..  

I am not well organised.. but have used 1Password for almost a decade (?!)..  I have thousands of entries.. including many for my main IDs - and sync my 1password db over several machines.. 

For my most important entries I often have a hard time knowing which is the proper one with the most up to date password.. and often will go through 2 or 3 of the entries until I get logged in - at which point I leave 1password.

I would love 1password to tell me what the last password I used - or tried to use.  just to give some additional information on what works.

Hi cyprien​. Thanks for weighing in on this, and for your (near) decade with 1Password! That's an exciting milestone. 

As someone who can be not the best organized myself, I can definitely see the benefit in a last used sort order option for autofill prompts. While I can't say if or when this will be added, I've shared your comments with the team. 

You may have come across these yourself, but a few options I would recommend to help with this sort of situation are:

  • Archiving out of date items. 
  • Updating items when you change your password instead of creating a new one.
  • Favoriting the current item for important accounts.
  • Appending something to the item title to indicate it's the current one.
