Filling/Copying passwords from secure notes - regression in v8

Hey 1P team,

while I really like v8, there is one thing I think is a regression or maybe just an oversight:

In v7, when I had a password field attached to a secure note, I was able to copy that password from 1P mini. It would recognize there is a password attached to the note and offer to copy it. That is no longer possible in v8. When I bring up 1P mini (or whatever it is called now) and search for the secure note there, the only option I am getting is "copy notes".

Any chance of getting the "copy password" implemented in v8 as well?

Thanks

@13astion yes, I've seen those. Just didn't have the time to convert them all over. Thank you, though.

cryptochrome - V8 has a dedicated item category now for crypto wallets - have you looked at that to see if it would be better than your secure notes approach in V7? Of course it would result in a manual "conversion" effort on your part, but maybe it would be worth it since they now can identify you have wallets in your vaults...

Hi cryptochrome! Thanks for your kind words about 1Password 8. We're happy to hear your liking it!

We're always interested in learning from our customers where improvements can be made. While I can't make any promises about when or if this will reach 1Password 8, but we're now tracking this as an internal feature request/improvement. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
