Fingerprint recognition does not work on new MacBook
I'm able to open 1password on my iPhone and iPad with my fingerprint, my new MacBook should allow me to do this, but it doesn't seem to work. How can I remedy this?

I'm sorry that you’re unable to turn on Touch ID for 1Password on your Mac. Have you turned on Touch ID for your Mac and are you able to use Touch ID to unlock the Mac itself? If you are the make sure that you've setup Touch ID for 1Password:
- Make sure that 1Password 8 for Mac is installed on your new Mac: Get the 1Password apps
- Setup Touch ID: Use Touch ID to unlock 1Password on your Mac
Let me know if you run into any issues or if that doesn't work.
