Firefox save login issue
When saving an additional login to a site, the extension displays "Update Item" with a left arrow. If you press the left arrow you get the normal choice between "New Item" and Update Existing".

After clicking on left arrow, save login works as described.

4 months agoThank you for the screenshots! The save/update dialog that opens when you manually save a login is different from the auto-save prompt. If you're trying to save credentials where the username matches what you already have saved in 1Password then 1Password will prompt you to update the relevant login item.
Is there a different behaviour that you'd like to see here?

Not giving the new/update windows from the start is only for Firefox, not Chrome or Edge. The manual save is because of multiple credentials for the same site, like Microsoft 365 logins.

Thanks for the reply. I see the same behavior in Chrome on my end. Which version of 1Password are you using in both Firefox and Chrome?
If you type in "testusername" as the username into the Microsoft website and then click 1Password - Password Manager > Save > Login then do you still see the same behavior in Firefox?
