I'm sorry for the trouble you are having can you try the below steps and let me know if it gets things back on track for you?
- Open your browser and sign into your account: https://my.1password.com/signin > Sign in to your 1Password account > Turn off 2FA to your account.
- Quit and reopen your browser.
- Right-click the 1Password icon in the browser toolbar and select Settings.
- Scroll down to "Integrate with 1Password app" at the end of General section and toggle it off > Scroll down to "Accounts & vaults" > Sign out of your account.
- Turn on 2FA again > and Sign in again.
Once you've completed these steps, please give your computer a restart to ensure no pending process prevents 1Password from connecting with the browser. When the computer is back on, turn on the "Integrate with 1Password app" setting again.
