Form Fill feature not filling in my name

When filling out a form on a random website the form fill feature does fill in my address. But, I can't get it to fill in my name. Any fixes?

    Hi shipdriver - I'm sorry to hear about this. Is the issue affecting all websites, or one in particular? If it's only one, could you let me know the URL of the page where you're unable to fill your name?

    If it's happening on more than one website, it might require some further troubleshooting. If you like, you can send us an email to support+forum@1password.com - you'll get an auto-reply from BitBot which contains a conversation number. That'll look like [#ABC-12345-123]. Post that number here and I'll make sure your message reaches the right team.
