You can generate a new password for a login using 1Password on your iOS device by following the steps in this guide: Use the password generator to change and strengthen your passwords

If you're trying to generate a password for a website in Safari then you can use 1Password for Safari: Get to know 1Password for Safari on your iPhone or iPad
