German translation unfinished

Hello, I like the new 1password 8 but I found many areas in the app that are not translated into german.

In the mac menu-bar:

In Watchtower the description and on the right "Show ignored items" should be named "Zeige ignorierte Einträge"

The Show alert-button isn't translated

The ignore-button should be named "Ignorieren"

    There are more areas, for example in the welcome screen explaining the new features where some parts are translated while others are not.
