Getting suggestions for old / deleted accounts in Chrome and Brave

At the log in pages of websites (e.g. Facebook, Patreon etc...) I'm getting suggestions for accounts that are no longer available on my 1password Vault. It's old accounts that were deleted from Vau...

Hi @MySuperCoolUserName,

Could you email a diagnostics report from your Android device to us? It could be how 1Password is set up on your Android device.
