Github fills in user/pass; fails on one-time-password

Windows, all patches, etc.; MS Edge browser. trying to sign in to github. 1p supplies username/password. Hit "Sign in", button title changes to "Signing in...", then browser arrives at https://g...

Thanks.

I can manually login with my username/password and OTP, as you have shown. But getting 1P to do it fails fo rme.
I have reset all settings in Edge (which removes all extensions) and will reinstall 1P extension in a while.
