Can you confirm that you followed those steps? If you did then I recommend opening a support ticket with our support team so that they can see what might have gone wrong and help you import your items correctly. You can open a ticket by sending an email to support@1Password.com

Yes I did all that. I exported my files to .csv from robo, imported to 1pass .
Everything works okay, it's just that the filing, as I said, is goofy. I was required to choose names of columns of info and some columns were duplicated, some not, and some I don't know what they were. I mean I don't know what the stuff in some of the columns represented. It was neither passwords nor urls but something else apparently related to that.
I deleted roboform as my trial was up so no longer have access to it, only the .csv I exported.
So I seem to have done everything right. I don't use any backup software, this is just for my home, not a business.And the files I originally put into roboform were from a csv exported from lastpass. Is that perhaps an issue?
